Challenge: To create a property management service that enables administrative representatives to manage client/ vendors accounts and communicate with clients and vendors through interactive/ automated telecommunication services pertaining to client property, service reports and emergencies.

Solution: Build a three tier back end with account management features for representatives, vendors and clients. Features include internal communications, phone notifications, interactive floor plan, home inspection/ service report creation and automated billing.

Other: Utilized 3rd party technologies for providing automated telecommunication services and distance calculation functions for determining vendor proximity to clients.

Challenge: To build a solution that would allow buyers to search for real-estate listings within a specified walking proximity, provide sellers an account to manage their listings, offer paid advertising with recurring billing and accept listing feeds from MLS.

Solution: Researched an open source real estate solution that provided a foundation that most closely matched the basic requirements for managing real estate listings. Modified application code to develop all custom features as well as enhance existing features.

Greg's Beach Condo

Challenge: Create a website to promote Greg's Beach Condo through which visitors can book their stay.

Solution: Created a unique attractive website that screams "vacation" from every corner. The vibrant colors and sunset gives the site a relaxing feeling. The site provides with all the information necessary to promote Greg's Condo in both textual and visual nature.

Challenge: Work closely with a client to modify a template he had already purchased and customize it to fit his vision.

Solution: Took the time to understand the structure of the layout. Once this was accomplished, the existing layout was customized to make it unique. Created attractive top banner, which also included their logo. The site is user-friendly, so the client is able to make any updates on his own.

Challenge: Create an attractive site for a real state management company to present their business concept and services, while at the same time presenting the company in a way that would make it appear very high-end.

Solution: Created a sophisticated looking website, using attractive imagery and roll-over links. Custom fonts were also used. Customer was very satisfied with the design concept derived.

Challenge: Create an attractive site for a cartoonist/art director from Italy. Being an art director, he had a very specific design in mind. He was also specific about the presentation/animation.

Solution: Working closely with the owner, we created a site that has the look and feel of Italy. His vision was realized. The site is half Italian and half English to carter to his overseas audience as well as the audience here in America. He left a very happy customer.
